For one of my web project, I need to delete sh404sef extension. OK
But I see that in the database all sh404sef data are allways here. How to erase all sh404sef datas ?

Hi

It's all described in the documentation here. It's normal and expected to leave all sh404SEF data in, as a safety measure in case of accidental uninstall for instance.

Note that leaving the data in has no impact on the site performance.
