Hi

If this is com_content articles, you have multiple settings for selecting how your URLs are built under the "Extensions" -> "Joomla" tab of sh404SEF configuration. Remember to Purge URLs after making changes to those settings, so that new URLs can be built again, according to the new settings.

Adding .html at the end is documented on this page.

Hi

I don't know what i changed
Well that's a problem. We can't "guess"!

1 - Going to assume this is a regular Joomla article?

2 - What are your current settings under the "Extensions" -> "Joomla" tab of sh404SEF configuration?

3 - IF you changed anything there, did you purge URLs afterwards?

Thanks for your quick reply. I sent some screenshot with the current configuration.

Sorry it's in French.

Thanks

Hi

OK, what I see on those screenshots is not consistent with what you describe for this URL. It'll be faster for us to just look at things directly. Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

Thanks and regards

Hi

I cannot login with those credentials: "Le nom d'utilisateur ne correspond pas au mot de passe, ou vous n'avez pas encore de compte."

Maybe you haven't enabled the account?

Weird, I can't get in. I have copy/pasted them. Then I typed them manually, I get this all the time:

[xxxx]

I also tried various combinations, xxxx, with same result.

Do you have any kind of security plugin? do I need to access with HTTPS?

Hi

OK took a while to understand. I fixed a few things while looking what was wrong:

1 - Disabled the ENglish language under the "Content" tab of Joomla Language manager. You should only have 2 languages listed as "Content" when your site is multilingual. You can have as many installed language, but only one listed as "Content"
2 - On menu items, I deleted the alias you had (similar to 2016-07-21-11-12-50, and resaved the menu items, so that the alias is normal.
3 - Then I started looking for sh404SEF settings. WHat happened is that you had enabled this function:

After setting it back to Non, and Purging URLs, they look as expected now.

HI

Closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed. If you do so, please mention this ticket number in the new one.

If you created any superadmin account for us, be sure to delete or block it now to avoid unnecessary risk in the future.
