Question: I can't seem to find why sh404sef is listing out <meta name="description" content="Introduction to GIT on Linux - Install, Create Project, Commit Files"/> which isn't even an article and since I installed sh404sef it's always existed. Wondering if you could help to resolve this issue at http://www.xxxx.com.

I would like to remove or replace this line <meta name="description" content="Introduction to GIT on Linux - Install, Create Project, Commit Files"/> from showing Introduction to GIT on Linux - Install, Create Project, Commit Files.

Hi

sh404SEF doesn't touch or create the description meta data (unless you manually enter a description in the URL manager or on the Title and meta manager. See documentation on this page).

What you are seeing here is probably the default meta description entered in Joomla global configuration. Joomla will use it if no other description is set. You should simply clear that field in Joomla config and always leave it empty.

Then you can use sh404SEF to enter you desired page title and description on each URL of your site, including the home page.
