Not entirely sure what you're asking for? generating/customizing structured data? If so, yes, 4SEO generates and let's you manage structured data for all pages on your site.

Yes, that's a basic feature of 4SEO. It also generates automatically meta description when none is present, like sh404SEF was doing but with (small) improvements over it.
With 4SEO, you can however edit title, meta desc and also opengraph images from the frontend, directly on the page.
I'd encourage you to watch the 4SEO Getting started video, I think I go over this (video was taken with 4SEO version 1.0) so general UI has improved since then, but is 99% the same.
