100% compatible, it depends what you mean by that. 4SEO will work with any extension as it crawls your site content so it does not really care how the content was produced.
Now that said, there's a lot of optimization to be done when we can for each individual extension. We currently have done that for Joomla native content and will add specific support for common extensions (including SPPB) over the summer (see 4SEO roadmap).
All base4SEO functions will certainly work normally though.
