Secondly, I want to know which version supports joomla's upcoming 4.0 release.

Hi there,

You will be able to download an invoice from your dashoard right after you make a purchase. See this and more responses on our FAQ.

As for Joomla 4, we're in active development of the J4 version. Joomla is totally incompatible with Joomla 3 in terms of user interface, so it's time for a full rewrite and getting something more modern. We hope that everything will be ready when Joomla 4 is released, "early 2020".
