Hi

Unfortunately, the renewal discount is the only discount we provide to users as a token of gratitude over continuous support for our products. We make exceptions or find a workaround when the deadline has been missed by a few hours or a couple of days but not after a year or more.

We do not offer other discounts, including during Cyber monday or Black Friday for example, as this is the only way we can keep our prices at the very low level we have.
When you purchase a new susbcription, you will again get access to the renewal discount which must be used before expiration of the previous subscription - that's why we have 3 reminders before expiration.

Subscriptions allows access to download and update to the current version. Access to support is part of the subscription.
