I'm looking for a component that allow to insert canonical link in each page
The most of components I found allow t ocreate a canonical link like this one www.copy_site.com/page1 and the canonical link is www.mysite.com/page1 substituting the raw of domain.
My case is different:
I have the main website: www.pcvuesolutions.com and several subdomains where there ie a copy of contents of the main website like www.pcvuesolutions.com/asiapacific

I could have following situations:

1. a page in www.pcvuesolutions.com/asiapacific has a similar url in www.pcvuesolutions.com/ : www.pcvuesolutions.com/asiapacific/page1 has the canonical link in www.pcvuesolutions.com/page1

2. a page in www.pcvuesolutions.com/asiapacific has a different url in www.pcvuesolutions.com/ : www.pcvuesolutions.com/asiapacific/page1 has the canonical link in www.pcvuesolutions.com/page2

3. there isn't any duplicate content for a specific page so no reason to insert a canonical tag


Before to buy your component , I would to ask you if it can solve all my situations

Hi

sh404SEF lets you set a canonical freely on any URL of the Joomla site it's running on. This is fully described on this page of the documentation.

Please note as well that one of sh404SEF main purpose is to build URL and URLs created by sh404SEF can be different from those created by Joomla - which may matter of your sites are indexed already. sh404SEF also have extensive and powerful 301 redirect features, but that may not be what you're after.
