I have to redirect some urls like below url? I have many url' s to redirect like this. Is it possible to do ths with sef404 with a few click or similar easy way?

From this;

To this;

Yes, this is very easy. See documentation here. Be aware however that sh404SEF will take over URLs handling on the site, so URLs on the site are susceptible to change.
