Reduced schedule during conference and annual break

We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:

We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.

Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.

In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)

Since i bought the subscription i was never was able to update, I found now why. My Access key , Secret key was empty the whole time.

I want to update the component to the latest version available before the expiration of my suscription but seems not possible to get the file.

Could you please help me with the installation file, suscription ends on : 2018-03-15

My current installed version # 4.14.0.3812

Hi

Sorry, that's not how it work. Your subscription does not entitle you to get any fie. Your subscription gives you access to the downloads and support while it is active. When you subscription expires, you do not have access to these areas of the site. You did not purchase the software published during that time - we are not allowed to sell GP-licensed software, you purchase the possibility to access download/support for a limited time.

Hi

That is the point and exactly what subscription are for: while active, you have access to our downloads/updates/support. When expired, you do not have access.
