Reduced schedule during conference and annual break

We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:

We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.

Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.

In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)

we have had an licence of an older version as the sh404 was handled by anythingdigital.
was the old user data transfered or is this sh404 a complete new restart?

There was no transfer of any kind between Anything Digital and us at the time. Subscriptions with Anything Digital are not valid here.
It was not a "restart", we simply stopped using AD as reseller of our products.

Hi,

Maybe but those are 2 different companies. The subscription you had was with AD, you paid them not us, and eventually they thought you were their customers, not ours so they did not transfer anything, not even a simple user list.

really strange, i thought that anything was a distributor for you ... however, the new licence fee is very high for a company who have no imprnt on page and no information who they are, where they located and without actual demoversion. The latest sh404 i know has had an very confused usability and was buggy.
