I just input the coupon code and get the new price '$35.2', and I press F5 to refresh.

Then I try to do it again, the system refuse to give me '$35.2', said I have used the code!!!

Why? I didn't use the code to order, what's wrong with the system???

I can't buy the sh404sef with discount, Please HELP!!!

Hi

This is happening because you did not only "refresh". You clicked on one on the payment buttons and now the invoice is waiting for payment. As coupons can be used once, you are indeed prevented from creating another one.

I have now deleted this invoice, you should be able to purchase again with that code.
