I am having trouble setting up JoomSEF and their support is limited to three tickets (one of which I wasted as I answered the question before they replied). Therefore I only had two questions, now I have to pay $15 (Aust) a pop for further questions (or support tickets).
Now I have to make a decision on whether to spend money on more support tickets from them, or buy sh404SEF instead.
