I just purchased sh404sef, yet it's not appearing under my purchases. I did download the invoice. Then when I try to submit a ticket it gives me a 404 error (ironic).

Please help

Okay, it seems the site takes 10 - 15 minutes to actually update. I can view the purchase now.

Hi

Glad it's sorted out. It takes no time on our side to have you account enabled. Unfortunately such delays are not uncommon when using Paypal, which notifies our system of the purchase, often instantly and sometimes with quite some delay (minutes, or hours). Using the credit card payment methode is just way more simpler and faster.
