Hi

I have a website that uses an old version of sh404, installed by the original developer. I'm now looking to upgrade but wondered what your support covered. I'm not that clued up on the extension and wondered if you would install the upgrade and just check the site over to be sure it is configured correctly?

I have an issue right now which I think is related to sh404. If I purge urls it might fix it but that scares the hell out of me as the site is getting a lot of traffic and I don't want to break something.

Anyway, let me know if you offer an additional service to configure the extension and we'll take it from there.

Thanks

Hi

I have a website that uses an old version of sh404, installed by the original developer.
Do you mean the original "developer" of your site? I am the original developer of sh404SEF. I don't remember doing any installation for customers to be honest.

We do not provide any installation/configuration service, but I can get you in touch with a couple of people who would. Please open a ticket in the Administration section of the helpdesk for next steps.

Rgds

Yes I mean the developer of the site, he installed your extension.

I'll open a ticket now as you have advised.

Thanks

There is no option to open a ticket in the administration section. I'm guessing it's because I'm not a fully paid member? Can you pass on the details of the people that can configure my site here?
