I have sef404sh n i want to open a ticket about a problem, but i can't see where to open ticket, how can I ?

My problem is that most of my categories links are showing error 500

Hi

Users with an active subscription can open a ticket at our helpdesk. The "New ticket" button appears depending on whether you have an active subscription for sh404SEF, wbAMP, etc.
