I am trying to delete a meta description and it won't go away. I've tried different browsers and clearing my cache and now I find I can't ask a support question in the support area of your get help site. What is going on with this extension? I click the save button and then research for the page and all the info is back in the meta description.

At the very least you could have an area where you can ASK SUPPORT QUESTIONS!

At the very least you could have an area where you can ASK SUPPORT QUESTIONS!
Well, to post this message, you clicked on the "Ask a question" menu item, under the "Get Help" menu.

On that "Get help" menu, the next menu item is "Get support" ;)

Right on with your smug self! -- On that selection there is NO button to ask a question, only posted conversations that are closed.

No worries, I found a work around.

Well of course the "New ticket' button only shows for users with an active subscription. I must then assume you are not a paying customer? support is provided as part of a valid subscription only?

oh, thought this was SH404SEF free joomla extension with support - Only worked on Joomla for about a year so still learning about you people.
only have this on one of our websites and thought at first it was a great addition, until I worked on the sites that don't have it and man I can say having it all in one place is nice, but having it work correctly on individual pages is even better. Just wish I had some way to know where the meta was coming from LOL I never know where to go to update metas, titles and the like. whomever set this up was a bit willy nilly.

Hi

Indeed there is no free of charge version of sh404SEF. And there are not that many free extensions with support these days: either nobody uses them, and support is easy, or some people use them, and you need to pay for support, because it's just too much work.

In the case of sh404SEF (and wbAMP) we actually don't really count support in our prices, the subscription basically only provide for the continuous and sustainable development of the extensions we do.
