I have sh404SEF version 4.4.6.2271 running on my website. I can see there is a new version 4.7.3.3292. When I click UPDATE nothing happens. How do I get the component to upgrade to the latest version?

Hi

It depends on what you mean by "Nothing happens", and what happens really. Be sure to have your access and secret key set in the configuration, and check your subscription validity. To go any further, please open a support ticket at the helpdesk

By Nothing Happens, it means, the component is not updating because that is what I asked it to do by clicking the UPDATE button.

Also, I followed your advice and tried open a support ticket at the helpdesk. All I got was a 403 error page. I tried it twice but in both cases I got an error page.
