I am interested in buying the new version of SH404 but, I feel very disappointed of the version that I have at the moment (4.6.0)
I understand it sounds contradictory but I still believe it is a good extension.

In my site only works correctly New SEF URL
But the most important for me is Page Title, Description Tag,Keywords Tags and SEO of course, and is not working.
No META is working.

When I ask for support, you only indicated that there is probably incompatibility with the extension J BUSSINESS DIRECTORY. But fuction SEO of this extension is OFF.

Ask them to enter my administrator so you can tell me if I'm doing something wrong, but you never interested in helping.

My question is: Could you tell me now if I'm doing something wrong?
If you indicate what I am doing wrong I will buy the update. The reason is that I would not have to buy it if it will not working for me.
I can give you administrator credentials if you are willing to help me...

Before SH404 i had an excellent local position.

This is not correct. You provided credentials and we visited your site admin, and fixed numerous issues with your setup. Then you asked a second time for help, but this time you wanted an SEO audit, and asked us to setup sh404SEF SEO configuration to improve your SEO results. This is a service we do not sell. What we do is develop and provide Joomla extensions.

If you require such service, we can direct you to some Joomla/SEO expert that you can hire to help you with this kind of work.

No we cannot. We cannot tell you if he title, description you use are good. We cannot tell you if you have the correct internal link structures, etc All those are SEO topics. sh404SEF canlet you enter a page title or a description for any URL on your site. It cannot tell you what the page title or description should be.

No, I never asked you to do my job. It's just that I thought everything was fine with setup, but still the extension did not increase my seo.
For example, you have an option to enter metadata description, but, in Google never apper not one of this meta description.

Now, apparently I know the reason: Simply incompatibility with J Business Directory extension.
Yesterday I wrote to the developers of JBD and fortunately they have recently developed an optional featured named JBD-sh404SEF Plugin that provides an integration between J-BusinessDirectory and sh404SEF extensions.

I suppose I should have the most recent versions of both developments, but I would appreciate any comments from you regarding your compatibility with JBD.

There is no such thing. sh404SEF is a tool. You configure it and use according to your SEO need. There is not "right configuration".

We have no statement to do on this. You are mistaking compatibility with "doing things". sh404SEF will not search the JBusiness DIrectory database and identify the correct title or meta data for an item. This probably what their plugin is doing.
What sh404SEF can do, for instance, is let you fix or set any meta data for JBusiness Directory. It is 100% compatible with it (because we do not connect to it and override data at Joomla level). I am glad that the JBusiness Directory folks joins the group of extension developers adding features in connection with sh404SEF, but that's not something in which we are involved or can have a judgment upon.

It looks like the JBD plugin is working fine.
It provides an integration between J-BusinessDirectory extension and sh404SEF extension. All links generation from J-BusienssDirectory extension are handled by sh404SEF extension.

Actually I have version 4.6.0 and I understand that this is no longer fully compatible with joomla 3.7 (is that correct?)

My question is:
If I upgrade, all my current configurations will be respected, as well as my page title, description tags, URL Sef, ShURL, etc.?

I can't tell, that's not a supported use case for sure. If you do not run the current Joomla version, and the current sh404SEF version, then there is very little support we can provide.
