They allow to download your extensions through point system and earn money. they are doing fruad business.

Hi

Thanks for reporting this information. We are aware of it, and indeed this is fraud (trademark infringement), but there is nothing we can really do, as we are too small to go legal agains them. This sort of site is indeed very damaging for open source in general and the Joomla project specifically, but you can't always prevent people to hurt themselves. It's only when there will be no more paid extensions that maybe users will see that free is not the same as free of charge.
