If I buy the new version of Sh404sef, will you be able to help me with a bug that I have in Sh404sef: the 404 page is not showing the custom 404 page that I have made and configured in Sh404sef, but it shows another page?

Yes, support is provided to users with an active subscription (and running Joomla 3.x: we stopped providing support for Joomla 2.x about a year ago).
