I've just paid my subscription via Paypal Transaction ID: 2JP24836D1149373L but I cannot see the subscription
While this area is not for support requests, I can't ask for support as I need a subscription, which I what I don't have despite payment

Hi

I have checked the logs, and we received an empty IPN confirmation from Paypal, which is why the system didn't enable your subscription. We will contact paypal support to find out why this happened.
In the mean time, I have manually enabled your subscription, sorry about that trouble.

Please note you can always use the "Administratio" helpdesk category, which is meant exactly for this purpose and does not require a valid subcription.

BTW,
I tried the Admin category before posting, but got a message that I was not authorized post a support request (same as trying to do this for the product)

Hi

The admin category should be open for all past subscribers (so that you can discuss issues in renewing, etc). I just checked and it seems to be doing that, though it was actually not opened for past wbAMP subcribers - which should not be an issue as wbAMP is not even one year old, so we do not have past wbAMP subscribers!

Just tried this and it doesn't work. Steps were as follows
Create a new user
After receiving email, login
Goto "My Support Request:"
Select Administrator Category and create a new Request
I get "403 Access Forbidden" for https://weeblr.com/helpdesk/administration/new

If you create a new account, you are not a "past subscriber".
