Hi

I'm using a component which includes pagination;
with sh404SEF "Enable URL optimization" set to 'Yes' a paginated url takes the form of:
domain/viewtype?lang=en&limit=xx&start=xx

with sh404SEF "Enable URL optimization" set to 'No' the url takes the preferred form of:
domain/sefURL?start=xx

I don't want to set sh404SEF "Enable URL optimization" to 'No' uniformly as it is just this component where this is an issue. I thought by tweaking the settings within Configuration under "General" > "By Component" that I'd be able to solve but unfortunately all permutations of the seoptions have proved futile. No matter what, I cannot get the URL to take the form of domain/sefURL?start=xx without setting to 'No' "Enable URL optimization".

In short, is is possible to completely exclude a component from sh404SEF/ set just a component to "Enable URL optimization" 'No'

Hi

The By components tab option is there exactly for that. However, we provide support to our subscribers through our helpdesk.
After logging in, please open a ticket describing as clearly as possible the problem you're experiencing.

Thanks and regards

Thanks -

That is what I assumed yet I've tried the permutations and had no joy.

I tried opening a ticket but got a 403 error with no further instruction on how to proceed/overcome the error.
