Hi there,

Please note that we purchased and installed the sh404sef plug in from the previous business (Anything-Digital.com) and we installed it. How do we find out if our subscription has expired or not? how do we update our plugin? We would like to know the current status of the subscription that we purchased a while back?
Are we able to access our previous subscription via Weeblr?
Please could you assist us update our sh404sef plugin that we purchased the past?

We are not related to the "previous business", except for the fact that they were reseller of our products for some time.

We would like to know the current status of the subscription that we purchased a while back?

Your subscription was with them, not with us, and we have no information on its status. There is no doubt it has now expired anyway. We stopped working with them nearly 18 months ago, and subscriptions were for a year.
Are we able to access our previous subscription via Weeblr?
No, but you can still access it at Anything Digital, and check its status. As said before, that subscription was with AD and still is.

Please could you assist us update our sh404sef plugin that we purchased the past?
We operate under the same terms as when AD was our reseller, ie you can get a subscription to access our downloads area, and access keys to enable the Joomla one-click updater to work with sh404SEF or wbAMP. The software itself is the same of course, as it was never developed by AD but by us since the beginning.

Please consult the documentation for technical requirements before upgrading sh404SEF. We stopped providing support for Joomla 2.5 6 months ago for instance, so you might want to check first.
