Hi,

I want to open a support ticket but there dosent appear to be a way to do it , all I see are closed tickets and no option to open a new one or am I missing something?

Hi

After logging in, the New Ticker button should appear for each product you have an active subscription.

Thanks, I do not know if I was just being stupid and missed it or it has just appeared. Thanks anyway I have now submitted a ticket. :)
