How to disable manual the component or plugin? because i might set wrong setting on the sh404sef configuration.. that make my website (homepage or backend joomla admin ) keep loading.. cant LOAD..

I try many setting cause before it keep failed 404 when i visit another internal link.. from other menu on joomla..

Help..
