Hi!
We are using sh404 for our site supconnect.com on Joomla. We are having issues with URL's not working properly when sharing to facebook. Essentially we have the URL created from K2 tag/"tagname" and whenever we go to customize it to say just "/tagname" it doesn't keep the duplicates, it creates a totally unique URL. Then for whatever reason, when I place it into facebook's debugger, the URL displays without any styling of the site? Have you seen this before? You can see what i mean by going here:

Im just confused on what is happening. This seems to happen only to a select few things i have posted on the site.

Hi,

You are on public forum for pre-sale questions. Please be kind to use our helpdesk for all support requests. Please note that as you seem to be using K2, if you have K2 version 2.7 or more, you should:

- get the sh404SEF plugin for K2 from the K2 folks (before version 2.7, it was integrated inside K2, now it's separate)
- direct any support request for K2+sh404SEF to K2
