Hello,

I have a quick question that I am sure has been replied but I do not find the answer.
I am running a website under Joomla 2.5 and using SH404SEF 4.3.0.1671.

I am going to migration to Joomla 3.5. What should I do: install the Joomla core first then update the new version of SH404SEF or install the last version on Joomla 2.5?
I just want to be sure because I have a lot of alias I do not want to lose.

Thanks for your reply.

Hi,

You are on public forum for pre-sale questions. Please be kind to use our helpdesk for all support requests. As always, you should only run the latest version of sh404SEF on any site you have, including in this situation.

How can I write a question in the helpdesk. I do not find any button to create a new ticket.

Thanks

Hi

When you get to the helpdesk page, you have a "New Ticket" button for each of the products you have a subscription for. Or you can click through to one of the products categories, and you'll find a "New ticket" button there as well.
