How can I do to remove index.php ??

I use last version of sh404sef and Joomla 3.5.

sh404SEF is not involved in that. This is a Joomla setting, under the main "Global configuration" page.

really? Where exactly do I set in joomla "Global configuration" displaying index.php in the sef url?
I have this problem too, only on joomla 2,5
