Hello,
when I activate sh404 (enable url optimization) and want to create new article or just save existing article via the administration, I got an error with a blank page.
Can you tell me how to avoid this bug?

A white page means you have a PHP error happening on your site. Before you open your support ticket, you should set Joomla "Error reporting" to maximum, this will most likely display the actual error message.
