I have created the custom component using https://www.component-creator.com/en/ ,component already supports Joomla SEF..
how can i make my custom component work with sh404sef??

Hi

For basic usage, sh404SEF will automatically use the Joomla router.php file you must have written to support Joomla SEF,so you should already be all good.
