Hello,

I do know that this is not a place to post for support but my client has purchased and installed the component to his website so I do not have access to the ticketing system. If you could please make an exception and help I would be very grateful.

The component version we are using is 4.7.0.30.65, Joomla version 3.4.5, K2 SVN version 2.7.0 downloaded in 10/11/2015.

My issue is with K2 pagination where I cannot get it to work properly in a category listing. I have noticed that when the option "Activate URL cache" is enabled the pagination is not working properly. When I disabled it, pagination was working OK. I didn't seem to have this issue with the author's listing, though.
Maybe because there is a prefix setup for this specific view from the Advanced Parameters in K2 for the sh404sef component?

Do you have any advice you can give me in order to solve this?

Hi,

Nothing specific. If it works with URL cache disk disabled, then it has to do with the server and its environment, not internal settings. Please note that K2 comes with its own support for sh404SEF, so we have little control on it. Also K2 from SVN doesn't sound very production ready.
