"It should work" is not very persuasive to (re) buy SH404, as I use Mijoshop for most of the e-commerce sites I build.
I'm waiting for the answer for the same question to Miwisoft, about Misosef.

I'm not trying to persuade you to buy sh404SEF. This is an unfortunate but very common attitude that I dislike. We're not testing against Mijoshop, we do not provide a dedicated plugin for it, so I can only report that some of our users are running both.

I don't dislike normal questions from customer. You have about 140 forum threads here that say the opposite, plus a few thousands tickets.
What I dislike is people answering question during pre-sales saying "yes, it's ok, it will work, we can do that" just for the sake of selling something.

Thanks, but the nice guy from Weeblr, who answered to my post on this forum, persuaded me to find another SEO solution.
So, about 1 year ago, I forgot SH404sef and I bought a licence for RSSEO, much more useful and friendly (the component and the people).

Sorry, I thought I was very friendly: I did not try to lie to you, to get a sale, but instead told you the technical truth.
Maybe you stopped at the first reply (which, I agree, had a wording that could be interpreted in multiple ways), and did not read my later rewording?
Do you prefer to be lied to? I don't think so. In your case, it was probably best to use another solution, one like RSSEO that does not tackle SEF URLs, and as such is easier to make compatible with pretty much any other extension.
