Mekounko

I have instaled and configured sh404 but i have many problems.
I have latest joomla.
1. sh404 is installed on new domain meko.lv and i have redirect from old website mekounko.lv all urls are with error 404.
like this http://meko.lv/jm-sample-data/error-404
If i dont use sh404 i can redirect them to new urls using standart joomla redirect but now it does not work, how these urls should be redirected to appropriate landing pages?

2. This url is correctly written seo url metala-durvis/dzelzs-durvis-paligtelpam but in browser it shows http://meko.lv/met%C4%81la-durvis/dzelzs-durvis-pal%C4%ABgtelp%C4%81m

Plese help me understand or i need to try something different.
