Hi

The StackIdes extensions should be no problem, they provide support for sh404SEF.
JSitemap pro will be good as well (not much requirement for SEF URLs actually).

I don't really know the others, best is to got the other way around and ask them if they provide support for sh404SEF. If they don't, and assuming they provide support for Joomla SEF URLs (using a router.php file), then they should be good to, though of course customization options and URL quality will be less than if they provided direct support.
