1. I just tried to update SH404SEF and discovered that the company/website has changed. So, I read your FAQ.

2. Created a new account on this site and want to send you my proof of purchase info. But cannot submit a ticket because you have not transferred my details! Catch-22!

3. So, how can I send you my subscription details so that can then access the update and the forum?

Just so others know, I received a very prompt and satisfactory reply.

You can contact them by email if you have a current subscription with the AnythingDigital people who used to handle S404SEF.

it is "contact" at symbol "weeblr.com"

Thanks,
Dave

Hi David,

Thanks for your comment above, yes, we try to reply quickly to request.

A few more things to make the situation clearer:

1 - The FAQ does state that you should contact us by email. It has a link, with the correct address wich is "contact" at, not "welcome" at (though the latter will also get through). I have edited your above post, changing "welcome" into "contact".

2 - The company/website has not changed. We've offered you a free of charge subscription with us. That's unrelated to Anything Digital. You paid AD for your subscription, you are still their customer, have a subscription with them and should talk to them if you have any question/problem related to your sh404SEF subscription with them. We do not have any agreement with them to "transfer" or "migrate" accounts or take over any of their duties towards their customers.
Simply, we're offering free of charge subs to past users of our software.

Thanks for your continued use of sh404SEF, we've got plenty of good things coming to it this fall :)

All the best

Cheers
