Hello,

I use Joomla 3.4 and K2 2.9.6 - and I need to shorten the URL of a user profile K2 to look like this: www.domain.com/name-surname, can it sh404SEF?

Hi

K2 is providing support for sh404SEF by mean of their own built-in SEF URL plugin for sh404SEF and a number of settings available in K2 configuration. I don't know if they allow this particular configuration though.

It's always possible to make a copy of the K2 built-in sh404SEF plugin and run it separate (so that it survives K2 updates), and I think modifications to achieve this would be minor.

I use K2 with sh404SEF. It is easy to configure it as you like. You can set it in K2 configuration/ advanced. Go to the bottom of the page to: sh404SEFintegration. If you erase the "blog" from the field sh404SEF URL prefix for users you obtain what you need. Good luck!
