I have several "redirect gone" settings in my htaccess file. I think 404sef may be redirecting those
to the standard 404 page on my site? the reason I ask is that the redirects were working until the latest sh404 update.

Hi

Redirects in your .htaccess are done at web server level, meaning they happen before sh404SEF, or even Joomla starts to execute, so it' not technically possible for sh404SEF to take over redirects that are specified in your .htaccess.
