Yet the answer is not. Extensions are not "compatible" or not, it depends on your site setup, which part of the extensions you're using, etc
I don't think I have had users asking about this extension before, so I have no real opinion on it. Have you asked at J-Business-directory if they are compatible with sh404SEF?
Generally speaking, extension who provide a plugin (router.php) file for Joomla SEF can be used with sh404SEF, though of course URLs are not going to be as properly created as with a native plugin - no duplicate content prevention should be expected in that case.
