sh404SEF can set title, meta data, OGP or Twitter cards, etc for any page on your site. This data is attached to the non-sef URL created by Joomla and extensions, and doesn't care what's the actual content of the page is or what the URL itself is made of.

Sorry about the delay. Yes, if no specific sh404SEF SEF URL plugin is created for SOBI, then it'll default to using the Joomla core SEF router.php file.
URLs are usually not as controlled as when a custom plugin is written, but they all get stored in database, and you can always customize them as you see fit.

does sh404sef will overwrite other extension?

sh404SEF will overwrite other extensions if somebody writes a plugin telling it how to overwrite URLs (for Sobi in your case). If not, it will use the router.php file provided by the extension.

Now my browser page title is made by restara template, but I have to edit the title of some pages.

It's more than unusual that a template create a page title, usually they only display it (insert it in the page). Joomla provides an API for extensions to create titles. I strongly doubt the template is actually creating the title.
sh404SEF allows you to customize title and meta data per URL, regardless of what extension is creating that page content.

If the template and the extension follow Joomla API, the title assigned withsh404SEF can then be inserted into the page. This is how it works:

Hmmm, programmers write software, not extensions. Not sure I understand what you mean exactly.

If a template actually creates meta data and titles, then there's a conceptual issue in the design. Templates output data provided by extensions, not the other way around. Though indeed I don't use Sobipro or its extensions, this seems to be confirmed by the restara template page here: https://www.sigsiu.net/download/templates/156-sobirestara

I'm sorry but we don't have the resource to do that sort of test. It's really up to you to decide. We do have a 30 days refund policy that should allow you to test as much as you need and see for yourself.

Well if you keep changing your questions, it's kind of hard to answer. So I'm going to answer both again:

1 - You asked: will sh404SEF works with this: https://www.sigsiu.net/download/applications/128-router

Meaning you talked about routing. My answer is the same as above: sh40SEF needs a plugin to build SEF URLs. It will usually work with a router.php file designed for Joomla SEF (this is what https://www.sigsiu.net/download/applications/128-router is), but a dedicated sh404SEF custom plugin is needed for best result. We don't provide such plugin, as we don't have demand for it, but we can be hired for that, or you can hire a freelancer maybe.

2 - Page title: I have answered this on the first reply. I thought it was pretty clear:

Frankly, I don't kno what I can add to this for clarity. You keep bringing up the template, as if the template had anything to do with page title construction (vs just output).
I think at this stage, if you don't trust my answer, you'll just have to try for yourself :)

This file, the one you download from sobi, is a router.php file. Its job is to transform a non-sef into a SEF and it's designed to work with Joomla SEF.
Like I said before, sh404SEF can use such a file to build URL, though it may or may not work as well as a sh404SEF specific file.

Trust me if I tell you that restara template makes the title (from data field of sobipro entries or categories).

THat means the template don't build teh tile. It only outputs it.
