Hi
There's a large email link at the bottom of all the pages on this site, and this "Ask a question" is also another way to reach us, which worked!
We are not Anything Digital and have no relation with them apart from AD having resold our software for several years. As such, we cannot access their database, list of customers, etc.
You still have an account and a subscription with them, so I'm sure they can help you recover access to your dashboard.
As for getting a subscription with us, it's quite possible if your AD subscription is still active. We have decided to offer free of charge subscriptions (conditions apply) to past user of our software. You can read the dedicated FAQ item here. You'll see conditions and detailed procedure, which is quite simple really.
Thanks and regards
