I have submitted all the supporting documentation several days ago using the email address on this account, but still do not see a subscription in my account on the Weeblr site. I see that there is an update available on several of my web sites, but am not able to upgrade because of this subscription issue. I have not even received a reply to my email sent to [email protected] (as instructed on the anythingdigital.com site).

Help!

Hi

We offer free of charge subscriptions (conditions apply) to past Anything Digital subscribers. But as we are not related to that company, this process is entirely manual, and takes lors of time. We absolutely process each request in chronological order on week days. It is totally normal to not get any reply, until you we actually handle your request by creating a subscription, or requesting appropriate information for the (many) folks who didn't read the various announcements on this site.
