I had a subscription by anything-dig... and i have you supported with a new subscription here (to 2016-08-07)! ;)

If you have a subscription, then as stated in the sticky post above, you should use the helpdesk to open a support ticket.
As a first gues, I'd assume you haven't set your update keys? found on your dashboard?
