I have an active subscription for three years and now can not download or update. Emails with invoice have been sent but no answer.???????????:(

And note that your subscription was with Anything Digital, another company, so despite never being paid, we will set you up with a free subscription. As we are not connected to AD, this is a manual process, and we've been so far able to process requests within 36-48hrs - not on weekends though ;)
