Hi! I have an active subscription on your old website and now i want to get the news version of sh404SEF. My order number was dad_s609b and it is active till 2015-06-17 - account mail is [email protected] same that is on this website. Please grant me access to the download area.

Anything Digital is not our "old site". We're independant companies, they sold our products in the recent years. Please see our blog post for more details.
As for how we can offer you a similar subscription, please follow the guidelines in this FAQ item.

Hi

Again we have no connection to Anything Digital, meaning no access to their database, so all of this is an entirely manual process, and a lot of manual work altogether.
We're processing on a first-come, first-served basis, and usually most subscriptions are updated within 24 to 36 hrs.

@aivalab: Initia3 is not part of Weeblr, simply another member.

@Initia3 et ali: as per the FAQ, we will usually handle requests, during weekdays, within a day or 2. We're offering free subscriptions, and it's a manual, labour intensive process, we have to share time between this and support requests from our registered paying customers.
