I have paid for sh404SEF to Anything Digital and sent you the email with my purchase details, but I still haven't receive any reply with ability to download it from your download section? Can you tell me should I ask Anything Digital or you for the product I have paid for? Thanks.

We are not related in any manner to Anything Digital (except they distributed our products for several years) and we won't interfere in your relationship with them. We only offer Anything Digital subscribers a similar subscription with us, free of charge.

This is a manual process and is done on a first-come/first-served basis. So far, we have managed to process all demands within 36hours during workdays, assuming you follow the guidelines in this FAQ item.
