Hi,
4SEO and 4SEF (for SEF URLs) cannot help you directly with getting data from Artio JoomSEF.
We do not provide any product, service or assistance in doing this.
As I guess you are still on Joomla 3, there is a path to upgrade, which is as follows:
- get 4SEF (SEF URLS manager)
- as a courtesy, without support, 4SEF subscribers have access to the last version of our old product, sh404SEF
- sh404SEF has an importer that can get most data out of JoomSEF (SEF URLs and meta data)
- Start by moving from JoomSEF to sh404SEF (as described in sh404SEF documentation here)
- Once you have sh404SEF running on your site and all is well, you can move from sh404SEF to 4SEF + 4SEO (they will import most of the data from sh404SEF)
- Once you have 4SEF + 4SEO running on your site, and all is well, you can start migrating to Joomla 4, 5 or 6 as all our current extensions work on Joomla 3 to 6
Again, please remember we do not offer any assistant in moving away from JoomSEF. That process has been ran successfully by many people, but depending on our site configuration, extensions you use and other factors, it may also fail, or some data may not be transferred, as sh404SEF is not the same as JoomSEF.
