I will have to unstall it again because for me it is too complicatet to set up

1 - Which extension are you talking about? Pretty much all of them have Getting started videos already.

You don't even have to search fort them, they are embedded in the component under the Help menu.

2 - Assuming you are talking about 4SEO, there's no setup aside from entering your website home address. Which is exactly what the video says. Video which is available in the component, on the product page and in the documentation.

3 - What are you trying to do that requires a setup? what SEO actions are you trying to perform specifically?

4 - "After install my site maps do not work anymore.": 4SEO does not influence your existing sitemap.

I suggest the following: 

- you are on a pre-sale section, so I will close this ticket now

- open a ticket in each extension helpdesk category, so that I know which extension you are talking about.

And of course: always, always mention your real and full website URL. No real support can't be provided without the real website URL, there's just nothing to check.

I bought all in one SEO, but it looks like this is not 4AI?

What does AI has to do with SEO? Again: what are you trying to do?

We have several extensions, all listed under their own pages: 4SEO, 4Analytics, 4AI, 4Podcast, 4SEF.

By the name, you can tell what each extension does: SEO, Analytics, AI, Podcats, SEF URLs.

None of these extensions are "too complicated", fortunately for us, or else we would have been out of business 10 years ago.

They do things that are very well defined on their product pages. 

I would suggest that you star by explaining what you want to do, and then I can see what extension may be best suited for you.

After install my site maps do not work anymore. I will have to reinstall my complete hompage back to before I bought 4SEO.

Your sitemap works fine and why would you have to reinstall your website? why don't you just disable 4SEO or uninstall it?

Like when you buy a compete page builder with all extension, templates etc.

Our extensions are different, they have no relationship with each other, because they work on different problems.

I wanted an extension helping me to make AI contents and SEO text for my page for a beginning.

4AI can help you create, modify or change content. 

"SEO text" does not exist but you can certainly use 4AI to write content.

And AI has nothing to do with SEO. So 4SEO is an extension for SEO.

It depends on what you want to do. You only said so far that you want to "AI contents and SEO text for my page"

Do you need an SEO extension? what for? what SEO tasks do you want to do?

Will you help me make it work If I have problems with the setup?

I provide support for my extensions. If you want to do some SEO tasks with 4SEO, and you don't know which button to press, I can tell you that.

I will not do SEO work for you. I will not tell you what you need to do to improve your SEO.

This is support. Please open a ticket for your sitemap issue in the 4SEO section.

(Actually there's no issue, this is all normal, the sitemap is only available after the site has been fully analyzed)

You will need to read that page to understand how this works.

It says at google Generel HTTP-failure 503

Did you submit your sitemap to Google? you should not have done that until it's ready. Actually, and ideally, you should simply connect 4SEO to the Google Search Console, so that all this happens automatically, including any update.

I deleted SEO sitemap and added it again, now it is green

That was not needed. It was going to be built in due time.

But will your system generate the other 3 sitemaps or they are not needed?

4SEO includes the images in the main sitemap, so there's no need for that. 

And yes, the "mobile" sitemap is not needed and just a waste of time and server resource.

I see that you have Structured data, does it mean that I don’t need Google Structured data from Tessos?

Correct. Nor JSitemap of course. Or Regular Labs ReReplacer for instance.

About Analytics, what can you recommend? We cannot use Google in Europe, if yes, I will have to buy Cookie banner who cost 50 Euro a month. Too expensive.

I have now Matomo On-Premise installed on my server https://matomo.org/pricing/?nav

I can always upgrade if needed.

What can you suggest?

You realize we have 4Analytics, right? a fully private analytics package that runs on your site, and for which you do not need any cookie banner, or RGPD management tool at all?

To the best of my knowledge, this is the only Joomla extension that does not require RGPD-compliance extensions (JRealtimeAnalytics, by the JSitemap developers, is not private and requires RGPD-compliance extension, including a cookie banner for your users).

Also, it's fast.

4Analytics is not free but cost is much lower.

Why cannot I add your Analytics in SEO?

I don't know what that means. What do you want to do.

Surely as you've seen in the video, there's no configuration for 4Analytics, there's nothing to do, you just accept the default configuration, that's it. 

Of course, later you can change things.
