1 - The have 2 plans for each of our extensions, either limited to 3 URLs (localhost or testing URLs count), or unlimited. 

So the "regular" plan is in fact meant for users with only one website.

2 - est-ce je dois commencer a remplir les balises titres, meta, keyword, description

These are essentially useless, except maybe for the home page and a few important pages, but if you decide to spend time on this, you need to chose where you want to enter them, and only keep that. There's not one better than the other. 4SEO can do for any page on the site, Joomla native can do only for native Joomla content, and SPPB is also only for their content. It's a matter of taste (all pages in one place in 4SEO, together with the content with Joomla).

onc ma question : a ton sens, je peux continuer a travailler avec ca et ton plug in ensuite ou mieux vaut arreter de l'utiliser, le desintaller et tout faire depuis ton plugin ?

You don't need and you should not use both. Which one you pick is up to you but the whole point of 4SEO is to provide an all-in-one solution, so that data is shared between functions (sitemap, canonical, structured data, meta data), for best performance. Also, you have one extension, one user interface, one training and of course only one subscription, much cheaper.

Unless you have a very special requirement for Structure data that only Tassos can do, I don't see any circumstances where you would have 4SEO and still keep Tassos's.

4. dernier point : Pareil sppagebuilder possede des balises open graph type, title, etc.... je me dis que ca peut me faire ganer du temps de remplir au fur et a mesure que je construit les pages mais apres j'aime pas gerer le seo a different endroit donc je voulais savoir si c'est gérable aussi au niveau de ton plugin ?

Not only can you manage that but:

- you can manually enter them either in the admin or on the frontend

- you usually don't need to do anything, at they are filled up automatically, including detecting images

1. is the 4ai fonction about seo ( rewrite for keyword, suggested description, etc....) are present in 4seo ?

They are not. 

2. is 4ai can translat a page build with sppagebuilder with different bloc text, heading or i need to translate element one by one

Probably block by  block, as neither SSPB not YooTheme gives access to the entire rendered HTML for a page. This can only be done with Joomla native editors.

Last question : you don't have a global plan for all extension, maybe i could be interested to have anaylitcs, 4seo, 4sef all in one ?

I'm not sure what your question is here? I don't have any "global" or "multiple extensions" plans because if someone subscribes to several extensions, that does not change the development or support work for me, so I can't reduce the price. And as I don't include any marketing cost in my prices, I don't gain anything either by selling multiple extensions.
