Hi, I installed sh404SEF on Joomla 3.10.11 and it mostly installed except for:

"Error installing sh404sef plugin: sh404sefcore / sh404sefofflinecode

Error installing sh404sef plugin from sh404sefofflinecode

There was an error installing one or more sh404SEF core plugins. Please try uninstalling and installing again

Installation of the component was successful."

I then installed the importer plugin and when I try to run it against JoomSEF I get

Table '_sh404sef_urls' doesn't exist The DB name and prefix is correct but I've removed them from the above. Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

That does not exists. It installs 100% or it's completely broken. In your case, it's completely broken, as evidenced by the fact a database table is missing.

I can't say much about this really, when you open your new ticket, make sure to as usual provide at least basic details, such as full and real address of the site, and everything you can say about your server environment, which is likely the problem here.

Closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed. If you do so, please mention this ticket number in the new one.

If you created any superadmin account for us, be sure to delete or block it now to avoid unnecessary risk in the future.
